Katherine Wright, sister of the famous Wright Brothers, takes a look at the latest version of the flying machine, though she probably never flew in it.
The only one of the Wright siblings to marry, she was the "front man" in the Wright brothers' business dealings.
The brothers were not social animals, and Katherine helped grow their business by charming the customers and running the office. She is probably the reason the Wrights became one of the founders of the Aviation Industry, instead of just tinkers in a barn.
